Random unicode character in a column name. Cannot retype it to drop the column.

How to Fix Dashcode.app Freezing
If Dashcode.app hangs after startup it might help to rebuild iPhoto’s library (Dashcode tries to access it). Just open iPhoto and keep option and cmd keys pressed for the rebuild dialogue to show up.
